QHHT & Hypnotherapy changed
MY LIFE,
and it will change yours.

Christine Knight, QHHT

A QHHT hypnotherapy session features an in-depth interview where you have the option to tell your story, (but it's not necessary to revisit any trauma) and openly express anything you've been keeping inside.

The advantages of this in-depth interview are that you will be able to communicate openly - disclosing life events without judgment - where mutual trust will be gained and experienced.

The benefits being that a safe environment will be created which is needed for you to trust yourself to dive deeper into your subconscious during the theta brainwave state of the QHHT session.

About Hypnotherapy & QHHT: About

This is the show on TV that I saw when Dr. Wayne Dyer introduced Mira Kelley:

As soon as I saw her walk on stage, I knew she was the one who would help me cure my PTSD spirals.

My life was changed forever.

I was sitting on my couch and as soon as I saw Mira I knew that I would meet her and have a session. A PhD therapist had told me 5 years earlier that I would never be "cured" of my Complex PTSD spirals because of the origination of the symptoms at a young age and throughout childhood. He said the best I would be able to accomplish was to learn how to cope and "manage my symptoms". I looked him straight in the eyes and told him 2 words:

Watch Me.

I had been searching through talk therapy, reading self-help books, getting reiki, tuning forks, etc. in search of the magic bean that would help me cure my deep-seated anger issues and PTSD spirals.

When I saw that Wayne Dyer special

I had full faith that I would be cured.

As it happened, I had to travel to California for work, and I scheduled a layover in Chicago on my way back, where I met Mira in a Chicago hotel and she performed a QHHT session on me.

I was changed forever.

I received so many answers and understandings of the "bigger picture" of my life and purpose during my session - but most importantly

my PTSD spirals (from a very violent childhood) were cured.

That was back in 2012 and I haven't had any since.

The session helped me so much that I was deeply inspired to help others and become a QHHT practitioner myself. Shortly thereafter, I flew to Arkansas and completed the Level 1 training with Dolores Cannon (May 2012). Then in 2020, I advanced my QHHT training with Level 2 intensive instruction with Julia Cannon. In 2021, I began studying with the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy towards a board-certified diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and I am currently in graduate school pursuing an MA in Marriage and Family Therapy.

I am located in Hilton Head Island, SC. and have accommodations you can book if you travel to the area -

what a great vacation!

It is my passion and mission in life to help you re-connect with your True Self to achieve transformation and healing

which will bring an abundance of love and joy to your life.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is guided hypnosis, or a trance-like state of focus and concentration achieved with the help

of a clinical hypnotherapist. This trance-like state is similar to being completely absorbed

in a book, movie, music, or even one's own thoughts or meditations.

In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life.

Hypnotherapists use hypnotherapy as an adjunct form of therapy or coaching breakthroughs.

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat:

anxiety,

phobias,

substance abuse including tobacco,

sexual dysfunction,

undesirable spontaneous behaviors,

and bad habits.

It can also be used to help improve sleep, learning disorders, communication, and relationship issues.

Common Reasons

* Find Their Purpose

* Seeking Clarity on an Issue

* Questions about Job Change

* Marriage or Relationship Issues

When people are ready to stop second-guessing themselves and go after clarity, they are ready for a session. Many times it takes a stressful life event, or a serious medical condition, to give them the final nudge needed. Why wait for the boulder to hit you?

What Can Hypnotherapy Help With?

Clinical Hypnosis painlessly eliminates the negative influences of traumatic events or subconscious reasons for behaviors or addictions. This integrative approach completely resolves the psychological and physiological effects unlike other approaches to treatment which require the client to experience painful emotions while reliving the trauma.

The client realizes fully and through every facet of their mind and body that these experiences are finished and gone.

The method facilitates transformation that affects emotions, beliefs, behaviors, and even self-concept.

Unconscious conflicts blocking desired change are brought to light and resolved. The mind is cleared, organized, and optimized. Negative behaviors and painful emotions are replaced by positive actions and feelings. Blocked energy is released.

Desired change is automatic and lasting.

How Hypnotherapy or QHHT Can Help

Transform Your Life

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a very relaxing hypnosis technique that helps people explore

their deeper levels of consciousness

to bring answers, physical healing, and immediate connection with their True Inner Self.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is used as a bridge to access your subconscious mind and bring the deep rooted cause of issues and illness to the surface and integrate that revealed information into your conscious mind.

This brain cohesion will transform your life by giving you understanding of why events happened

and what is needed to clear and release ongoing issues.

Tips for Successful Sessions

Definition of Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind with special identifying characteristics:
1) an extraordinary quality of relaxation
2) an emotionalized desire to satisfy the suggested behavior (the person feels like doing what the hypnotist suggests - provided that the suggestion does not generate conflict within the person's belief system)
3) the recipient becomes self-regulating and produces normalization of the central nervous system
4)  heightened and selective sensitivity to stimuli perceived in the five physical senses and four basic perceptions
5) immediate softening of psychic defenses

FAQ

Everything You Need to Know

Do you accept my health insurance?

The cost of hypnotherapy varies depending on the provider, location, and the condition treated. As long as a licensed professional certified in clinical hypnotherapy administers the treatments, most insurance companies will cover 50%-80% of the cost of individual therapy. Keep in mind that this is only for certain conditions and coverage depends on the patient’s health plan.

Medicare also covers hypnotherapy in many cases when it is reasonable and necessary for the treatment of a medical or psychological condition. Make sure to verify with the patient’s insurance company the indications covered under the payer’s policy.
Use CPT 90880 Hypnotherapy to report this service.

Make sure to submit the claim with a covered diagnosis for proper reimbursement. Adequate documentation showing the medical necessity for conducting the hypnotherapy session must be available to support the claim in the event documentation is requested. There are a few indications where hypnotherapy is a covered service for chronic pain management, anxiety reduction, and as an adjunct treatment for somatoform or adjustment disorders.

Is Hypnosis medically approved?

Hypnotherapy has been approved by the medical and scientific establishment as far back as the nineteenth century, and especially since the 1950s.

The world's most respected medical associations have long recognized the validity of hypnotic phenomena and the effectiveness of hypnosis as a therapeutic intervention.

What does Hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis is just a very relaxed state, and is in the Theta brainwave state where the brain uses symbols and images, much the same way within an in-between sleep state. People are in this same state often while driving, watching TV, daydreaming, etc.

Will you make me do something I'm not comfortable with?

I am here to create a safe space where I can facilitate your communication with your subconscious levels. You are in control and aware the entire time. We will video and audio record the entire session and you can take the recording with you, and this gives added reassurance for you and your well-being.

What if I can't be induced to the hypnotic trance state?

Everyone is able to be hypnotized and is in fact hypnotized at different times throughout the day. If you are apprehensive at all of your ability, we can do a pre-session where I do the induction with some creative imagery first.

Is there anything I can do to practice before the session?

Yes, you can use meditation audio or video found on YouTube to help you learn to slow your breathing and relax into a meditative state. You can also play with daydreaming just as you did as a child, and watch your mind drift and see the pictures in your mind.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, you can bring a friend, spouse, or family member with you who can either wait in the leisure area or outside on the patio, etc. It is just imperative that no distractions take place during the session.
